At KM Hair Studio, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all our clients to the best of our ability. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. However, to ensure that we can continue to serve everyone effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask that you notify us at least 48-72 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Late Cancellations: In the event that an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, clients are permitted one complimentary reschedule. However, if two back-to-back late cancellations occur, a deposit will be required to secure any future appointments. Separate occurrences will not incur this requirement. No-Shows: If a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, any deposit made will be forfeited. Additionally, a new deposit will be required to secure any future appointments. Booking Requirements for Frequent Cancellations: Clients who have a pattern of frequent late cancellations or no-shows will be required to book appointments online and maintain a valid credit card on file to secure their future bookings. This ensures a smoother booking process and allows us to better manage our schedule. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have a valid reason for needing to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
