Cancellation Policy

At KM Hair Studio, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all our clients to the best of our ability. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. However, to ensure that we can continue to serve everyone effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy: CANCELLATION NOTICE/LATE ARRIVALS: We kindly ask that you notify us at least 48-72 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Clients are given a 15-minute grace period but we cannot guarantee we will be able to do all the services scheduled if we have more appointments after yours. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and a 20% no-show fee will be applied. CANCELLATIONS: If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, clients are permitted one complimentary reschedule. However, if two back-to-back cancellations occur, a deposit will be required to secure any future appointments. Separate occurrences will not incur this requirement. NO-SHOWS/SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS: If a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancels within the same day, 20% of the scheduled service will be charged from the card on file that was provided, this will include the deposit. Additionally, a new deposit will be required to secure any future appointments. FREQUENT CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULES: Clients who have a pattern of frequent OR late cancellations will be required to book appointments online and maintain a valid credit card on file to pay a deposit and secure their future bookings. EXCEPTIONS: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have a valid reason for needing to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. *Please no extra guest unless is notified Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in following our cancellation policy.
